This case study is based on genuine client data pulled from popular lead tracking and marketing analytics software such as Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, SEMRush, and CallRail.

The Problem

It was the summer of 2017 when Nazy (the owner) contacted our office and discussed her need for additional leads for her business. At the time, the site had almost no traffic and very few leads were generated through their online efforts.

According to SEMRUSH (www.semrush.com),  www.newporthairlosscenter.com had very little to no traffic in 2017. As you can see in the image below, this trend changed significantly since then.

Client’s Site Was Redesigned

Within a few months from the start of our work, the site’s traffic started to show an increase. To further help the client’s online presence, in 2020, we redesigned the site to its new look. The result was a further improvement in traffic and leads.

Generating Leads Was the Ultimate Goal

In July 2024, www.newporthairlosscenter.com received a total of 201 calls and 32 website forms. Out of these leads, 175 (organic leads and ads) were from Google, and the rest from other sources.

Website Performance?

Without a well-performing site, online marketing is pointless. If you have a great-looking website with lots of content, but the site is either disorganized, or its load speed is too slow, the visitors leave the site and go to the competition’s site.

Designing and building a site that’s fast and well-organized is extremely important in lead generation efforts. We call this User-Experience (UX).

Super-Fast Website

Nazy’s site loads so fast that it outperforms all of its competitors. On mobile devices, it loads within 2.4 seconds (anything less than three seconds is great).

On desktop devices, it loads within 2.1 seconds.

Google Rankings  (Organic and Ads)

When potential customers search online to find a business they’re looking for, they mostly use Google search engine. There are many ways a business can get found on Google.

The most important of all three is placement on the Google My Business page or GMB. Through the efforts of our team, www.newporthairlossceenter.com was placed at the top of GMB for many of its important keywords. Here are a couple of examples:

Mobile Users Are Soaring

Designing and optimizing a site for mobile users is crucial in getting the maximum number of leads. As of 2021 more people are using their mobile devices than desktops to visit sites. According to Google Analytics, for Newport Hair Loss Center, 30% of  visitors were using their mobile devices:
