Check Your Leads

Every month, our team listens to your calls and checks your forms carefully and disqualifies the unreal leads. If you want to double check, you can login to your IMAAM account and click on “Leads”.

There you can listen to the recorded calls (if we’re allowed to record them) or check the forms and approve or disapprove them as a lead. First of all, you should select the time span you want to check from the bar at the top of the page:

You should only check organic calls that you have received (calls from website, GMB, and other sources). In order to only see organic calls, you can filter the calls from the “Source” tab as shown in the image below:

In order to listen to a call, you should click on the “Call” section and the “Listen” button will appear. By clicking on the Listen button, you can listen to the recorded call:

In order to check the forms, you can click on the “Form” section and “Details” button will appear. By clicking on Details, you will be able to read the message your lead has left on your website:

In order to see the profile and phone number and email of the lead, you can click on the person’s profile and check their contact information (the information is blurred in the image below for privacy reasons):

After listening to the call or checking the form, you can approve or disapprove it as a lead. In order to approve it as a lead, you should click on the green tick under the client’s section:

In order to disapprove the lead, you should click on the red buzzard. After clicking on the red buzzard, you can choose your disapproval reason as shown in the image below:

Please make sure that you check all the calls for the selected month. On the tab on the bottom of the page, you can select the calls you can see per page or click on the next button to see the next page:

 

In cases of conflict between you and our team (i.e. a lead approved by optimizer but disapproved by you), we will further investigate and may contact you for clarification; otherwise, you get charged for the leads you have not disapproved.

You can check your leads on a daily basis during each month. In case you are busy and are not able to, you will have more time until 5th of the following month to double check our team’s approval process. After the 5th no further changes will be accepted and you will be charged on the 6th for the leads our team has approved.

Our team disapproves the following calls/forms (so you won’t be charged for them):

  1. Any calls/forms related to your current customers/clients, who find you on Google or other search engines and they are recorded as Organic.
  2. Any calls which are not considered leads; for example, the ones made by telemarketers, wrong numbers, abandoned calls, unprovided service, and etc.
  3. Anyone who is referred to you, but found you on search engines and is recorded as Organic.

All the other calls and forms are considered legitimate leads, so please do not disapprove them. As an example:

  1. Anyone who calls the office and you or your team fails to answer the phone – regardless of whether there is a voicemail or not (in this case, you have to call back the number and see if it is a lead or not).
  2. Any lead that calls you to check for a price (price-shopping) and never contacts you again.

If you fail to pay your balance by the sixth of each month, our team will halt the work and our accounting department will try to reach you for the following seven days. If payment is not made, our team will remove the optimization we have done on your site.
